Danethorpe Hill Cross Country Centre is a family owned and run business. We pride ourselves on providing the very best facilities for horse and rider. Our knowledge of and contacts within the 'horsey' world means we 'listen to' and 'respond to' what YOU want! This course is suitable for all levels of ability, from young pony club members to the more advanced British Eventing competitors. Clients hire the course by a simple phone call. You can come as an individual or with an instructor or training group. No-one is allowed to ride without a "person" with them ,for safety reasons, and no dogs please, as we do have sheep. The
fences are very well constructed with intuitive ideas based on tuition
for horses and riders, combining accuracy, skill, with fun thrown in!!
Initially, they were built with advice from Philip Herbert, who
builds Burghley.
